From Schröcken via the Körbersee on the Alte Salzstraße to Warth
Starting at the hiking start, follow the signs on the freight road towards Alpe Felle. On the narrow hiking trail continue to the glacier mill. Pass slightly uphill until you are back on the freight road. Follow the signs up towards Körbersee/Auenfeld/Batzen. At the Alpmuseum in the old Alpe Batzen continue straight from the direction of Lech. After a short straight line and a few serpentines along the slope, turn left on the narrow hiking trail towards Körbersee. Having arrived on the hill you have a wonderful view of the Körbersee with the Widderstein in the background. Follow the path on the right past Hotel Körbersee towards Hochtannbergpass/Kalbelesee. Once you have arrived at the Hochtannbergpass, you will see the World Cross of Peace on the Grass Hill (Simmel). Your path leads right past the Simmel. Follow the signs to the right over the large parking lot towards Kuchl/Jägeralpe. Passing the Hotel Jägeralpe, turn left next to the Jägeralp-Express ski lift and continue along the Alte Salzstraße until you reach Warth. In the plot of Wolfegg, the trail continues through green meadows to the village centre of Warth.
