SummitLynx.
The SummitLynx app makes it easy to collect your hiking pins! Once you reach your destination, you open the app, immortalize your hike in the digital tour book with text and photo, and at the same time collect points for the hiking pins. The entries are made via GPS, so you do not need an internet connection. As soon as all the requirements for the hiking needles are met, you will receive a notification in the app and a nice certificate by e-mail. And those who present their SummitLynx app with the reached points in the tourist offices have the opportunity to purchase a “real” hiking pin to attach for € 3,00 or a "Tannbergbank" for € 5,00.
Plus: With the emergency function mySOS an emergency contact can be saved, which is notified if you do not return from the tour in time. Thanks to GPS tracking, the missing person can be located faster by the mountain rescue team.

That’s how you collect hiking pins.
- Search for SummitLynx on the "App Store" or "Google Play."
- Install and launch the app.
- If you have a Facebook account, you can log in using it. Alternatively, you can create a SummitLynx account using your e-mail and password.
- In the menu, you will find the section "Regions". There, you can see the hiking pins available locally and the objectives you need to achieve to earn the pin.
- You'll also get an overview of the places you have visited, the number of points you have collected, and how many points you still need to earn.
- Let's get started on your hike!
- When you reach your destination, open the app.
- Check-in by clicking on the button with the suggested destination at the bottom of the screen.
- Take a photo, write a short text, and don't forget to save it.
- Congratulations! You have earned your first hiking badge points.
You can also edit your entries later on www.summitlynx.com if needed.
