Programme:
Friday – The Comeback (9:00 am to 1:00 pm)
The first day focuses on re-entry into skiing. Gentle exercises help participants regain their feel for skiing technique. The focus is on "warming up" and refreshing fundamental skills such as posture, weight distribution, and turn control. The aim is to rebuild confidence on skis and establish a solid foundation for the following days.
Saturday – Video Analysis, Turns and Rhythm (9:00 am to 1:00 pm)
On the second day, a detailed video analysis allows participants to see their skiing technique from a new perspective and identify areas for improvement. Afterwards, training is aimed at optimising turn shapes and rhythm, helping participants achieve smoother turns and better control on the slopes.
Sunday – Timing and Pace (9:00 am to 11:00 am)
The final day focuses on timing and adjusting speed. Participants learn how to adapt their skiing to different slope conditions and refine the techniques developed over the past two days. The camp concludes with a summary discussion, where progress is reviewed and further recommendations are provided.
The division into different skill levels is flexible, based on the number of participants. There are no fixed levels, and the training is adjusted individually, allowing each participant to progress at their own pace.
