• To guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the travel price is required immediately after booking.
• The deposit can be made via the website using the credit card.

CANCELLATION
The cancellation fees are structured as follows:

• Up to 90 days before arrival: 30% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 89 days to 30 days before arrival: 70% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.
• From 29 days before arrival: 90% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Late arrival, no arrival, or early departure: 100% of the booked travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

• To avoid financial disadvantages in case of cancellation or early departure, and for more security during your holiday in Austria, it is recommended to take out Hotelstorno Plus or Hotelstorno Premium with the European Travel Insurance AG.
• Hotelstorno Plus includes helicopter rescue.
• Hotelstorno Premium includes helicopter rescue and an accident package.
