Right in the center of Schröcken, in a quiet location at 1269 meters above sea level, you will find our house, which is now in the 2nd generation for your unique holiday experience.

Comfortable and warmly furnished rooms and apartments as well as a 90 m² wellness oasis invite you to forget the stress of everyday life and take a deep breath again.

Summer and winter, with us you will experience goosebumps moments, real humanity, professionals on the mountain and an intact nature with plenty of space for your holiday experiences. Step by step to the rhythm of the mountains of Warth-Schröcken.

Winter:
In operation daily from 3:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Included in the price.
Wednesday is energy saving day, the wellness area is closed there.

Summer:
Only on request and for a fee. Not included in the price.

Dog fee
Summer: €15.00 per dog per day
Winter: €20.00 per dog per day

Dinner
No half-board possible, 3-4 restaurants within walking distance
Breakfast included in room prices. Available in studios and apartments on request. (€18.00 per person and breakfast)

NO group accommodation
Our house is not equipped for groups. The largest unit can accommodate 6 people. Parties and the like are not welcome.

Please note the roadblock on the L198 between Warth + Lech in winter.
In winter we can only be reached from the Bregenz Forest + from the Tyrolean Lech Valley.
Not all navigation devices have this roadblock saved in winter.
